Growing the game

I coach with LPGA*USGA Girls Golf of Phoenix, a program that gives girls a fun, welcoming place to learn golf, compete, and build friendships along the way.

Most of my time with the program is spent at tournaments, where I help players get comfortable competing. I also help out at clinics. Either way, my goal is for every player to leave a little more confident than when she arrived.

• Helping players get ready for tournament rounds and feel at ease on the first tee
• Teaching the Rules and etiquette that come with competitive golf
• Running fundamentals and games at clinics that keep every player swinging
